We will train your Administration and Staff
Bedrock provides on-site crisis response training to our clients. In conjunction with the creation of an emergency plan, we train a Crisis Leadership Team and prepare this team to lead the organization through both static and active emergencies. Larger staff training provides information about the importance of emergency planning and the role of practice in rapid and decisive crisis response. Training also includes detailed review of the organization’s customized Crisis Response Plan. This training can also include on-site drills and practice in the use of emergency communication equipment. A well-trained administration and staff is a critical piece of an effective security plan.
